ASI Begins Work on USDA’s 5 Year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

Aerial Services, Inc. (ASI)  recently started work under the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) PINE Aerial Imagery program. Under the 5-year blanket purchase agreement (BPA), ASI will compete to provide high-resolution, vertical imagery to support various Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) geographic information system (GIS) programs, including but not limited to resource management, conservation programs, crop compliance, and disaster response.

The USDA PINE BPA contract, awarded in the fourth quarter of 2021 under the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Multiple Award contract vehicle, covers a five-year ordering period. Special projects covered under the BPA include National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP), National Resources Inventory (NRI), Stewardship Lands (SL), Ad-Hoc and Disaster programs, and other resource projects.
