February 28, 2011 Mike Tully

Have you ever worked next to a person who smiled and rarely complained about work…even work that you both knew was no fun? Every organization needs more of these individuals! Aerial Services is blessed to have a person like this who was recently recognized by her peers.

Angi Prunty, Aerial Services’ Post-Acquisition Technician, was awarded this quarter’s “Above & Beyond” award on January 12, 2011. She was given this honor for her “Fantastic Work on 2010 Projects, Doing “Dirty Work” in Office, & Great Attitude”.

“When it comes to committed employees, Angi is an excellent role-model for our team,” noted Mike Tully, Aerial Services’ President & CEO. “Over the years she has remained a versatile staff member who has learned new tasks, taken on new challenges, and succeeded in making Aerial Services a better place to work.”

Angi employs her many talents everywhere at Aerial Services. There is not an area of the company to which she does not contribute. “Ever since Angi started here about 10 years ago, she has proven to be quite versatile. She is a go to person everyone needing assistance, and when not working on her primary tasks, she is more than willing to assist no matter what the task or just find work that needs to be done,” stated Walter Ertz, Aerial Services’ Vice President & COO.

Angi received many nominations by peers for this award. These comments led to her award. One noted, “She is always willing to do anything that is asked of her, by anyone, in any department, at any time, without any huff. She works extra hard putting in long hours when [work] needs to get done during big projects…”. Another stated, “She takes care of a lot of unpleasant jobs that most people don’t even know about, making our lives easier in a way that mostly goes unnoticed…”. And yet another stated, “Most of all…it’s her attitude that is truly above and beyond. Things get rough around here with workloads and deadlines, but Angi is always outwardly positive and remains patient and helpful, even when everyone else is stressed and showing it.”

We ask you to join Aerial Services in congratulating Angi Prunty on her being named as this quarter’s “Above & Beyond” recipient. Congratulations Angi, you deserve it and all those at Aerial Services owe you!
