The ASI Above & Beyond winner for the 2nd Quarter of 2016 is Alexis Brewer!
The Above & Beyond award is given to an employee who was nominated by their fellow co-workers because of the excellent work they have been doing for our company. Alexis has worked with Aerial Services as a Sensor Operator since March 2014 and has been a great asset to our company’s success. One co-worker stated, “Alexis has a great attitude and is very committed to the company.” As a Sensor Operator, it is required to be in the air as much as possible when the weather is good for gathering data for projects. This can involve working long hours, multiple days in a row. Another co-worker shared, “Alexis has taken a leap forward professionally this year by taking an active role in both training and leadership.” She has created a workflow with both abbreviated and expanded flight crew checklists and is applying a similar format for the other systems to further standardize workflow and reduce training costs.
When a company has employees that are given their normal daily tasks, but are dedicated to contributing more to the company, this is what makes the company a true success!
